| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 體育研究所 === 103 === This paper outlines the achievements of Mai, Tsai-Cheng, coach of the men’s basketball team in the NTUS beginning in 1977. He coached the team continuously until 2014 and retired soon after. This paper records the development of the NTUS men's basketball team which contains their biography, lifestyle, the daily routines of the NTUS men's basketball team, the source of players, tournament results of different periods, and outstanding alumni. There is also a summarized introduction of NTUS men's basketball team management, including the training methods, mode of operation, team culture and the future development of the players. Overall, the thesis intends to contribute to the development of collegiate basketball in Taiwan.
