Research methods and design consisted mainly of pretest I, pretest II and study three parts. The participants included four teachers from two schools in Taipei City and New Taipei City . Those teachers observed those children born during February, 1, 2014 to September, 1, 2014 by “English Big-Five Mini-Markers of the Chinese Version”, “Children Social Skills Scale” and “Peer Relationship Scale”, the main findings were listed as follows: A. Children who got higher score on agreeableness may increase frequencies on positively social skills. B. Children who got lower score on agreeableness may increase frequencies on negatively peer interaction. C. Positively social skills had relationship with prosocial behaviors, but nothing to do with self-control behaviors.
