The service is more and more important nowadays. The purpose of this study was to investigate patients with cerebrovascular accident censorship construction which transfer from Taiwan to International or vis versa. The focus group interview and Delphi technique were applied as the research methodology, based on the results of focus group interviews then conducted Delphi survey, also, combined with information from literature review to construct aeromedical transfer inspection checklist. Checklist contained with three components named, pre-flight preparation, health care during aviation and ground -based forwarding. The Delphi surveyquestionnaire was based on the results of focus group interview; the average of ”frequency” and “importance” regarding the expert response were served as credentials of checklist construction. A draft of aeromedical transfer inspection checklist for CVA victim was oncluded as final study result, yet need to be futher psychometric evaluation for clinical application. The study used the purposive sampling, included 12 people from medical profession, nursing sector, insurance sector, aviation industry, academics and government representatives for focus group interviews and Delphi survey . Actually, aeromedical transfer inspection checklist has not developed yet, and the reality of participation and willingness of experts interviewed also inadequate, that is limitation of this study. Through experts share relevant experiences and examples, then analyzing integrity and practical of the checklist, It hopes that the findings will be a reference or a model for future aviatic health care and clinical.
