Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 中西醫結合護理研究所 === 103 === This study aims for the development of the Service-improving program for foot reflexologists. We used a single group, pre and post test method to collect the results by evaluation test and a satisfaction survey before and after the program. 72 foot refexologists and 3 instructors were included in this study, using pretest and post test questionnaires and a course satisfaction sheet as study tools. Data were processed by SPSS 20.2 (Chinese version). Using double tail t test for pre and post test variations, and descriptive analysis such as frequencies, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for the course satisfaction results. The results showed : (1) After the course, all data of posttest results were higher than the pretest ones except for the legal related issues concerning the sales and marketing of foot reflexology, which means the legal related topics were underexpectation. All other elements of the course achieved expected results.(2) Satisfaction of the course averaged above score of“4”, demonstrating participants' positive interest in this program. We expect this study could be a reference of future "service-improving program for foot reflexologists" course designing. The service safety and the legal related problems of the foot reflexologists are quite important and need future attentions. The authorities have the obligation to establish a comprehensive training course system to improve the service quality of foot reflexologists.
