| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 103 === The best model in assessing nursing care quality is to identify measurable indicators in current stage, and the measurement of these indicators is often obtained through manual process. Nursing care quality indicators are often categorized into three aspects (structure, process and outcome) and the related data are collected by manual or semi-manual methods. Data processing is a time-consuming process, and the classification of indicators is too general and difficult to find out problems. Based on Taiwan and Worldwide nursing indicator experience, we referred AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) indicator system and proposed a novel framework of nursing care qualify indicator. We built indicator system to collect data automatically, provided auto-alert function, and utilized visualized interface to represent key information in order to achieve continuous monitoring and manage care quality indicators efficiently. Aside from the traditional indicator framework of structure, process, outcome; we further classified nursing care indicators into six categories, descriptive data, clinical quality data, nonclinical quality data, productivity measures, resource utilization and group sustainability. This novel indicator framework can help executives to monitor and examine organization performance in different perspective. The user satisfaction survey shown an average satisfaction score of 4.59 (1-5), proved that users were "satisfied" for the automation nursing quality indicators system. The developed platform can not only be used as hospital’s infrastructure of the nursing quality indicator system, but also will be helpful in patient-centered nursing care.
