The Fu-Kang bus and the handicap accessible taxi provides handicapped people transportation service, but must have disabled manual that can take the Fu-Kang bus.Nevertheless it also supplies don’t meet demand. Therefore,the handicap accessible taxi instead of the Fu-Kang bus because of less bus amount and financial burden. Hope it can improve the terrible situation, but it doesn’t work now. For this study, I want to discuss that how to improve the intention of taking the handicap accessible taxi and realize feasibility of commercial operation with the current subsidy and the influence of personal character, trip characters and the taking intention. In order to research with the quantification questionnaire in this study. It uses theory of planned behavior as a research framework and integrate service quality, perceived value, satisfaction and so on. There are 154 valid questionnaires in this study. The research target are the Kaohsiung citizens who take the handicap accessible taxi. For the result of population part shows that their willingness of taking the handicap accessible taxi is higher than others, including male, people who use wheel chair and their income between 40,000 and 50,000. And then the altitude,subjective norms and perceived behavioral controlling will affect the willingness of taking the handicap accessible taxi. There’re some suggestion for our government and taxis. First, we should heighten budget. Second, we can provide the benefit to the passengers. Third, we should enhance the reputation of the handicap accessible taxi. Fourth, taxi dealer should keep their facilities clean and clear. And let their employee have great altitude and service.
