This change can help to enhance the each other’s competitiveness but also can help suppliers to improve their manufacturing and technical capacity and enhance supplier’s insufficient information weaknesses. Therefore, if the purchaser or the manufacturer want to succeed in reaching the production system innovative or in reaching the enterprises transformation goals, It must be seen suppliers as part of the company’s, and work together to improve these problems.
That was very importance while the enterprises implementation of supplier development activities, whether willing to assist suppliers to improve their performance and capabilities, and how to strike a good balance between performance and cost, also, the enterprise’s procurement strategy and suppliers selection is an important research topic, A good supplier can help companies and customers to enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry, shorten time to market, But the inferior of suppliers may affect the quality of products, delays the product launch time, and even affect the company and the customer''s financial losses and the goodwill damages. Therefore, the enterprise’s supplier selection procedure is one of very important processes and procedures in the supply chain management.
This study has analyzes the D company''s supply chain management mode and research how D Company to implement a Mass Customization plan in their supplier chain and sharing all of information with customers and suppliers to achieve D company’s Mass Customization model''s goals. Also, we have analysis D company’s cable supplier selection process include the key factors of selection items to describe the detail procedure of supplier selection. And based on the D company supplier’s selection criteria and procedure to investigate the cable suppliers product quality, delivery time, and technical capabilities and the supplier’s state of operation. After aggregated D Company’s supplier selection criteria and using the data analysis methods to analyze the key factor of D company cable module selection item.
In the last chapter of this thesis, Compare and figure out what differences between D company''s cable supplier selection items and supplier selection literature., Combine the data analysis and case study method to summarize out what the supplier select mode of key factors and weights is the most important items in the D company supplier selection mode, via this research’ s conclusions and recommendations to let all of suppliers can refer to the D company''s detail suppliers selection procedure and actual workflow, and make all suppliers can clearly to understand the D company''s supplier survey conditions , audit content and approval process to find the most of optimal supplier selection of key factors..
