On the other hand, as the economic conditions are rising, people start to pursue a better substantial life as well. Food business is not only a physiological need to satisfy anymore, but also cover all the levels in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. This research had cooperated with a sushi restaurant (幕府壽司). We held an experiential activity using experiential marketing concept to have interaction with the customers. The researcher tried to combine 3D Hologram with the food business, and involved user center design in the whole process.
