Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 教育研究所 === 103 === This is a narrative research to describe my own story. I just entered the field of public preschool education, even though I already have teaching experience for almost a decade. When I passed the assessment and admitted to become an official teacher, my life supposed to be comfortable and contented. However, I felt anxious when I confronted these changes, including the new environment, new tasks and new roles. Therefore, I started the journey of narrating my own story to find the reason for my anxiety. At the outset, I would like to look for what I was afraid of. I stopped to listen to my words calmly from my heart. I started to face myself, distinguished the confusion and anxiety on my preschool career, clarified self-worth and belief, and then gradually comprehended what I was afraid of, which are issues in the field of public preschool education including team teaching problem, course design for multi-age teaching, stress of Early Childhood Education Administration, and parental concerns on me.
