Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 政治學研究所 === 103 === China’s political system is one-party dictatorship, which cause the problems like the corruption of party and government leaders, economic and social structural rigidities, and poor quality of the justice among others. In term of political reform China’s governments try to institutionalize the power systems and strengthen the capability of party’s jurisdiction commission, accordingly, the administrative, judicial and economic reforms are to be influenced by political reform. This thesis examine the anti-corruption, administrative and judicial reform , the restructuring of the power construction of China’s Communist Party with documentary analysis and comparative studies during the Hu Jintao and Xi jinping governments, and analyses its achievements as well as the way of its breakthrough.
