Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 企業管理學系研究所 === 103 === With the increase of wealth, it makes the growing public demand for domestic finance management. The study attempts to explore the key factors of wealth management in banking industry. We try to use the perspective and broader scopes of balanced scorecard instead of limited financial indexes to analyze the main key successful factors and strategic status in wealth management.
The study is based on the structure of balanced scorecard to develop indexes in the four scopes and designed expert questionnaire for the managers to deep dive with further suggestions. And we take AHP analysis as our research method to inspect and rank the indexes. According to the results, we found key factors in each level and provide some specific suggestions for the global banks in Taiwan.
The result reveals that “Customer Scope” is the most important and is highly emphasized by the experts. Then the following ranking by the next level is ”Customer Satisfaction”, “Customer Retention” and “Growth of Revenue Portfolio” The third level of top 3 relative ranking is “Satisfaction of Relationship Manager”, “Develop New Customer” and “Customer Repurchase Rate”.
Therefore, how to attract customers to use their own service compared to the competitors effectively in such dynamic financial environment and increase the revenue through various trading portfolio &; latest information systems is an must-know issue for all people who involved in wealth management.
