Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 企業管理學系研究所 === 103 === The main goal of this study is to understand the differences of performance between different types leadership, and to research the correlation, interaction and influence between leadership, organizational climate, management control system and organizational performance. This study adopts questionnaire method. The participants of the study were 219 senior employees of CSC (China Steel Corporation), Taiwan. According to the result of research, the study shows that CSC managers perform higher level of transformational leadership. Secondly, organizational performance is correlated to leadership, organizational climate, and management control system. Therefore, this study suggests that firms of steel industry, which enhance the training and promotion leaders, who have the trait of transformational leadership may have positive improvement on organizational performance. Also, it’s appropriate to establish the organizational climate, which emphasize the standard operation process, enable conflict, support and encourage employees facing risks take responsibility. Besides, to adopt and enforce diagnostic management control system at the same time to have better matching pattern to enhance organizational performance thus increase the international competitiveness.
