In this way, after comparing with other countries the characteristic of Taiwan’s foreign labor market and the advantages could be revealed. Adjustments and key influential factors of the Taiwan-Vietnam labor market could be done within the research procedure. According to the results of this research, it is evident to note that Taiwan possess the highest number of Vietnam workforce. This is not only affected by the salary, individual technique and personal value system but also the politic factors, comprehensive human resource agents between two countries which accounts for a significant proportion among these factors.
