The situation results the defensive medicine is becoming more prevalent. Accordingly, the main purpose of this research is how to reconstruct the Physician - patient relationship. First, I must make sure that Physician - patient relationship establishes equal treatment, in order to lay the foundation of healthy communication. Second, to analyze the medical practice and to recognize the relationship of the right and duty between physicians and patients. Third, due to the Physician - patient conflict, this research proposes the four interactive models to solve problems. Further, the case study on emergency medicine to verify the aforementioned what I proposed. Fourth, the research’s opinion that ‘’the public interfere with the private’’ is the best solution to substantively improve the Physician - patient relationship. In conclusion, to realize how to assess the healthy Physician - patient relationship, is based on a dynamic distribution of time and period. Therefore, “No best, only better! " is the actual goal of creating the win-win future between physicians and patients. Daw-Yih Jang 張道義 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 206 zh-TW
