It took the affiliated branches and battalions of Kaohsiung City Government Police Department as research object. It clarified the correlation between research variables through the relevant literature, the establishment of research infrastructure and research hypothesis using questionnaire survey to collect data. It also utilized SPSS statistical software to conduct data analysis. The results showed that: 1. There were differences existed of different personal characteristics variables of the police officers towards staff assisting programs, organization climate and work morale 2. It was significantly correlated among staff assisting programs, organization climate and work morale. 3. Staff assisting program shad significant influences on organization climate and work morale. 4. Organization climate had intervening effects on staff assisting programs and work morale.
