The questionnaire method was used. And the tourists who participated in the water recreation activity in Abblo Festival were the research subjects. By purposive sampling method, there were 260 effective samples. The accumulated data were analyzed and the main findings were summarized as below: 1. Tourists’ characteristics had no significant effects on recreational attraction. Educational level, children, occupation, monthly income, residence, water recreation habit, companions, transportation all had significant effects on satisfaction. Marital status, children, jobs had significant effects on royalty. The married tourists and the ones who had children had higher royalty. 2. Water recreational attraction had a positive correlation to tourists’ satisfaction. In addition, there was also a positive correlation between tourists’ satisfaction and royalty. 3. Through IPA analysis, the results revealed the items of the professionalism and attitude of the crew, the lifeguards, warning signs, safety education beforehand had gained high recreational attraction and tourists’ satisfaction and should be maintained. The suggestions were provided based on the findings: --to hold the water recreation activities in phases --to implement package for target customers, such as family members --to publicize through digital media --to build a conspicuous café
