Literature collection and theory analysis were accomplished. A questionnaire was sent to 420 certified elementary school teachers of Ping-Tung County in the 102th academic year. Of the 396valid copies were returned, and the recovery rate was 94.28%. The independent and dependent variables were analyzed bySPSSstatistic software with t-test and one-wayANOVAstatistical tools. The results wereas following: 1.The most frequent leisure participation activitywas“family leisurely type”, and “literary arts type” wasthe less. There were remarkable differences of leisure participation inthe background variablesofgender, marital status, and education level. 2.The degree of physical-psycho health of elementary school teachers were followed by aspect of “mental health”, “social adaptation”and “physical health” in Ping-Tung County.There were remarkable differences of physical-psycho health in the background variables of gender, age, marital status, period of service and education level. 3.There wasa significant relationship betweenleisure participation and physical-psycho healthlamong elementary school teachers in Ping-Tung County.
