The second is to analyze the differences of the Junior High School Teachers' Perception of Retirement System and Working Morale from different backgrounds. At last, to further verify the relationship between Junior High School Teachers' Perception of Retirement System and Working Morale. The formal teachers from the 34 public Junior High Schools in Pingtung County are chosen as the subjects of this study. The descriptive statistics, One-Way ANOVA, t-test and Person Product-moment Correlation methods are used to analyze those data from 315 effective questionnaires. The following conclusions are made according to the results elicited from this research: 1.The dimensions of the Reform of Retirement System:「Perception of The Internal Contents」,「Support of The Internal Attitude」, and「Alteration of The Career」. (1) In current stage, the overall attitude of the Junior High School Teachers' Perception of the Reform of Retirement System is below average, and the Alteration of The Career shows the highest. (2)There is significant discrepancy for the Junior High School Teachers' gender in correlation to the Reform of Retirement System and expectation of the internal contents. (3) There is significant discrepancy between the Junior High School Teachers' age, years of service, old retirement seniority and the perception of the internal contents. 2.The dimensions of the Junior High School Teachers' Working Morale:「Organizational Identification」,「Group spirit」,「Job Satisfaction」,and「Job Involvement」. (1)In current stage, the overall attitude of the Junior High School Teachers' Working Morale in Pingtung County is above average, the perception of Job Involvement shows the highest, and the perception of Job Satisfaction shows the lowest. (2)There is significant discrepancy for the Junior High School Teachers' health condition in correlation to the Working Morale, Group spirit, and Job Involvement. (3)There is significant discrepancy between the Junior High School Teachers' gender and the Job Involvement. (4)There is significant discrepancy between the Junior High School Teachers' age and the Group spirit. 3.There is significant positive relationships between the Junior High School Teachers' Perception of the Reform of Retirement System and Working Morale.
