Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 103 === The purpose of this study is to explore the teacher' s job satisfaction with the after-school child care service by Kaohsiung City. It also discusses the variation of the teacher' s job satisfaction levels among the teacher with different backgrounds. The research itself has to be done by questionnaire survey. Teachers who are teaching in the after-school child care service by Kaohsiung City were interviewed. The questionnaires included the following two parts : The basic materials and the teacher' s job satisfaction Scale. There were 342 valid samples retrieved from 382 formal questionnaires. The statistical methods contained t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, etc. This research concluded the following statements: 1. The current condition of the development of teacher' s job satisfaction of after-school child care service by Kaohsiung City is great. Among all aspercts, the scores on the " relationship " is the highest, and the scores on the " job payment " is the lowest. 2. There are not significant differences on job satisfaction in gender, age, eduacion levels, job position, school size, school loaction, whether formal school teacher and management. Female have better pergormance than men in the " relationship ". Junior college have better pergormance than university of education in the " relationship ". Junior college have better pergormance than university of education in the " relationship ". Management by self have better pergormance than by commissioned in the " job environment ", " job payment " and " student performance ". 3. There are positive and significant correlation with job satisfaction and " administrative leadership", " job environment ", " job payment ", " job itself ", " relationship ", " student performance ".
