Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 應用數學系碩士班 === 103 === In general, the spread of a disease in species will be affected by fertility,mortality, recovery rat and disease transmission rate. In this paper, we study the effect of adaptive dispersal behavior between patches in an epidemic model. After adjusting the migration rate of infection species, we observe the changes of solution dynamics with numerical simulations and compare the differences of using linear adjustment and nonlinear adjustment. Furthermore, based on the nonlinear adjustment, we study the distribution of equilibria and investigate the delayed effect of the adaptive dispersal in this model.
