Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 應用化學系碩士班 === 103 === Lithium Titanate (LTO) was successfully prepared by a new approach, hydrothermal process and solid state reaction, which was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy and Four-Point Probe. Experimental data show that a hydrothermal process to prepare LTO by mixing LiOH and TiO2 in a ratio of 1.5:1, under 160℃ of reaction temperature and a calcination temperature of 800℃, has the most high crystallinity of LTO phase in our experiment.
