In this study, we have focused on providing personalized services and recommendation applications in ordering meal. We have developed an android-based ordering APP that recommends meal according to history rating of the user in mobile environment. Before arriving at a restaurant, the user may order a meal through the system on the APP. Furthermore, the system helps a user to select his meal from personalized menu. Existing recommendation system is usually a server-based one. The proposed system, however, uses a smartphone-based recommendation approach. We have suggested a weighted average (WA) model of separating rating into long-term and short-term ones to learn the dynamics of the user's preferences through relevance feedback, thus increasing user satisfaction.
