But the bureaucracy of these old postal companies can make any quack response. Most nation-run postal companies face financial problems. They attempt actively to corporatization, privatization or globalization. Their hope that corporatization could increase financial transparency and reduce government operation. Allow the postal companies much flexile efficient and aggressively. Oversee Germany, Britain, the Netherlands and our neighbor country Japan, we will discover that these countries all took these methods above to reform. The United States and Australia choose to cut labor costs in response to the ballooning budget deficit. Chunghwa Post co., Ltd corporatized in 1992. Recruit non-public-servant employees to reduce costs and improve services. The plan haves remained a plan to develop higher quality logistics sector since 90s. It has lost half the market already.Buying from the web is the new way of consumption which is Called electronic commerce. Logistics business coming form electronic commerce seem going to bring benefit for post office . But problem is that can the fossil system and reform reluctant public servant psychology of post system regain the territory losing form logistics industry. This year (2015) World Postal Union Strategy Conference wished to embrace innovative and the growth of e-commerce and changing consumer habits as major challenges facing the global postal sector. I collect and analysis statistics from governments and company, And current events of the postal industry in the world. Figure out the way they survive form the flood of internet and technology. Seeking strategies and direction for Chunghwa Post co., Ltd.To reduce the cost of pay checks, Chunghwa Post co., Ltd. should retire the former public-servants. Establish a information platform for management all vehicles, And applying event data recorders to the cars, recording the vehicles spots, fuel consumption, mechanical failure and regular maintenance etc. Chunghwa Post co., Ltd. should ally cross-industry with convenience stores for 24 hours facility and numerous spots. Providing easy used interface for internet shoppers and sellers to ship or pay for their goods, Acquisition should be done for logistics management, human resources and expand business territory. Digitization, mobile technology and ubiquity, enhance the staff training for improving service quality. Transform it to a new profitable service which attach to the need of new generation.
