| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 社會發展學系碩士班 === 103 === Nowadays, many religious organizations attach great importance to youth participants and expect more through existing youth participants. For instance, the meal group of Fa-yi Chong De division, with more than forty-year development, has attracted numbers of youth participants and lay a good foundation for propagating Tao.
The data collecting method of this study is qualitative research, documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews and participating observation. The study objective is to probe the history and current operation status of the meal group of Fa-yi Chong De division in Pingtung area, and the organizational identification of youth participants in this organization.
The primary result is that, activities of the meal groups become diversified as the society changes. Moreover, it is not only a recruitment organization but also a teaching organization. In addition, attracting and retaining talents is as important as the function of talent nurturing and organization development.
