| Summary: | 碩士 === 南開科技大學 === 福祉科技與服務管理所 === 103 === The rising consciousness of environmental protection and global warming has brought tremendous business opportunities of LOHAS for Taiwan. The elderly are regarded as the most LOHAS goods purchasing power. Besides, this study was to understand the trends in health treatment needs analysis through Chinese medicine, hoping to make the LOHAS senior people to achieve the goal of healthy aging. In this study, we established simulated scenarios to process the contextual inquiry of practical service experience by observation and interview at users’ viewpoint to find the potential need when Chinese medicine which is used among the elderly. Five Consolidated Models of Consolidated Flow Model, Consolidated Sequence Model, Consolidated Artifact Model, Consolidated Cultural Model, and Consolidated Physical Model were used to help the service conceptualization of the designation of the Meridian Massage service for elderly.
