Summary:碩士 === 南開科技大學 === 車輛與機電產業研究所 === 103 === Nowadays, the traditional industries generally introduce foreign workers to fill the vacancy of manpower deficit, especially in some heavy manual labor and dangerous works. These foreign workers come to Taiwan for working, not only have to face the pressures of living far from home but also the culture differences in different nations and corporations. Therefore, introducing foreign labors has reached the cost benefits as estimated or not, becomes questionable.Furthermore, the cooperative education program recently is also enthusiastically promoted by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology. The job performance of the cooperative education students is also worth to be discussed due to their dual role of facing studying and career in the internship filed. This study takes a traditional mechanical processing factory as an example, under the same working conditions, to explore the job performances and the economic benefits between foreign workers, native workers and cooperative education students. In addition to providing references in employment for related practitioners, this study also discusses how to get the maximum economic benefit through the appropriate working assignments.
