We used the "field research ", "document analysis ", "statistical analysis ", "Chart display method", in this thesis pape. Via the collection of the information of the Taiwanese commercial billboards used in Zuoying District and Linyuan district in Kaohsiung city, we turned this activity to the investigation of distribution of the languages in the area. Based on the examples that we collected from these 2 districts, we then analyze the acceptance of Taiwanese from different social classes, districts. Billboards used for election campaign is an example of outdoor advertising and is categorized as a large poster type and it helps to increase the publicity of the candidate for the election. In this thesis paper, we used the 9 in 1 election took place on November 29th, 2014 as an example for our investigation for the total number of the Taiwanese billboards distributed and used for the campaign. At the same time, we try to analyze if the usage and distribution of the billboards using Taiwanese language will vary due to the different purposes behind the commercial activities and elections and how it will also impact the wordings used on those billboards. There is a total of 167 types and 170 pieces of billboards in Zuoying District and 76 types and 77 pieces of billboards in Linyuan District for Taiwanese sampled for commercial billboards. There is a total of 22 types and 74 pieces of billboards in Zuoying District and 52 types and 655 pieces of billboards in Linyuan District for Taiwanese sampled for election campaign billboards.
