Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among Principal’s Distruted Leadership, Teacher Job Involvement, and Teacher Alienation. This research adopted document analysis and questionnaires as a quantitative study. This study used stratified random sampling with proportional allocation to collect data from the 40 public elementary schools in Kaohsiung County by mailing the revised inventories made questionnaires. The data was analyzed by standard, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The major conclusions of the study were as the following: 1. Significant differences were found among teachers with various background variables including age, current position, tenure of teaching and experiences in service regarding principal’s distributed leadership they perceived. 2.Significant differences were found among teachers with various background variables including age, current position, academic degree and tenure of teaching regarding teacher job involvement they perceived. 3.Significant differences were found among teachers with various background variables including gender, age, current position and tenure of teaching regarding teacher alienation they perceived. 4. There are moderate to positive correlations between principal’s distributed leadership and teacher job involvement. 5. There are moderate to negative correlations between principal’s distributed leadership and teacher alienation. 6. There are moderate to negative correlations between teacher job involvement and teacher alienation. 7. Principal’s distributed leadership could predict teacher jod involvement, especially “school culture”. 8. Principal’s distributed leadership could predict teacher alienation, especially “school culture”.
