碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 103 === ABSTRACT The study is trying to use the model of UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) to understand what changed the elementary schoolteachers’ intention of using online hard drive. Data in this study were collected from the 289 teachers who were teaching in the elementary school. This study has adopted structural equation model (SEM) for the data analysis to investigate the causalities among all parameters constructed in the proposed model and detect the explanatory and predictive power of the UTAUT model. The conclusions and results of this study were summarized as followings: 1. Performance expectancy of UTAUT positively impacted users’ intention to use the online hard drive. 2. Effort expectancy of UTAUT positively impacted users’ intention to use the online hard drive. 3. Social influence of UTAUT positively impacted the users’ intention to use the online hard drive. 4. Facilitating condition of UTAUT positively impacted the users’ intention to use the online hard drive. It was found that both performance expectancy and facilitating condition were the critical factors. Thus, in order to facilitate teachers to use online hard drive, the two factors should be considered. We should make the teachers understand it is convenient and safe to use online hard drive to storage files, besides, We should provide a steady Internet for the teachers, meanwhile, we also need to teach teachers how to use online hard drive.
