We conducted unit root test, granger causality test, vector auto regression, forecast error variance decomposition model, and impulse response function. The results show that there is a bilateral feedback between Taiwan GDP and total net tax revenue, unemployment rate, price index of agriculture and forestry livestock & fishery product. unemployment rate and total net tax revenue also show a bilateral relationship , but not total net tax revenue and price index of agriculture, forestry livestock & fishery product were not. Due to the significant effect on Taiwan’s GDP , governments are ad used to add the output value of agriculture, forestry livestock & fishery product into their consideration of resources allocation to improve the infrastructures of local development.
