Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資通訊服務創新產業碩士專班 === 103 === Wireless has been deploying widely, and it continues arousing interests in respect of performance and security. These two issues become significant during handoff, due to the complicated coordination between access points. To guarantee Quality of Service (QoS), we need to protect handoff nodes from interrupts, and Pre-authentication is adopted to achieve fast handoff. We adopted Remote Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS) for the purpose of security, and it also provides timing function of authentication process. We proposed two schemes for admission control of wireless nodes. We implemented preliminary systems and their analytical results are solved based on Queueing Theory.
