The purpose of research is how to reduce PEG、SiC amount in cutting process that the main reason is based on PEG、Wire、SiC are consumables and occupy 63% of total cutting process cost. The used slurryare by IHI recycle machine in this experimentation, and some of the slurry will be used in next production. Testing the high yield rate in different amount of the slurry and cutting speed after bricks cutting, then find out the best parameter from the test ,reducing the amount of PEG、SiC to achieve cost down.
