Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程研究所 === 103 === Conveyors, rolling machineries, powered handling equipment, and cranes are generally used to carry various steel products in the steel corporation. Therefore, inadequate safety precautions and production line control in equipment operations result in potential workplace occupational hazards. Performance indicators are used to measure the effectiveness of the planning, execution, inspection, and correction frameworks within occupational safety management systems. Occupational safety performance indicators are primarily constructed according to the standards and guidelines of the international Occupational Safety and Health Management System or produced through survey investigations. However, active feedback performance indicators specifically focused on hazard identification, industrial safety, and occupational hazard cases of specific industries have not yet been formulated. In this study, literature and case investigation methods emphasizing the current safety status and major occupational disaster cases of the steel corporation were adopted to investigate the feasibility and operational effectiveness of the occupational safety performance indicators.Furthermore, formulate occupational safety performance indicators process and improvement suggestions were proposed to provide a reference to institutions, inspection departments, and government authorities in relevant subsequent studies, thereby harnessing labor safety.
