Besides, there existed a series of problems such as the difficulty of shearing common resources, the ineffectiveness of information transfer, and the obstruction of communication between site and company. In this study, a development of cellphone plateform using the App functions is proposed. The construction of the plateform costs nothing with the purchase of software and can be implemented by anyone without any programming experience. This plateform, basically, is built using the mobile devices to construct a prototype system for the management of construction site. The plateform with all the collected management information and cloud service is capable of providing the fast service of data inquiring ,saving and downloading of any information relating to the management in construction site with all branches of the company. Finally, a case study was implemented by using the above introduced intelligent plateform of mobile devices with shearing common resources through internet. The management efficiency was then indeed increased, the speed of information exchange and data collection was much faster than before, and the engineering construction quality and performance was therefore overall promoted.
