Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 電機工程研究所碩士在職專班 === 103 === Safety and punctualit are important to MRT system, when the device occurs abnormal condition, the maintenance staff must to accurately determine the device outliers and repair it quickly,make the equipment restored to normal state and the train normal operation, it’s test of experience and repair capabilities to maintenance staff, so by the Taguchi method to find the best match combination,when an exception occurs the maintenance staff can immediately apply this specification to repair the equipment, make up trains to return to normal operations shortest time, before using the Taguchi method, from the loop setup to the current match it cost about 288 man-hours (6 days / 8 hours / 6 people), after using the Taguchi method, for attempts to match the current time there is very significant effect, and also significantly improve the efficiency of maintenance, reducing maintenance personnel servicing pressure on operations.
