Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 風險管理與保險研究所 === 103 === This study investigated the cognition of long-term care insurance and the difference between long-term care insurance and like long-term care insurance. We aimed at the respondents of salespersons'' family and built the database through the questionnaire survey. Five cognition dimensions are developed by factor analysis, “Expense cognition,” “Care of demand cognition,” “Household economy cognition,” “Social security cognition,” “Commodity cognition.” And four factors of purchasing on expectation of dimensions are developed as well, “Professional Service,” “Claim item,” and “Cost burden,” “Commodity assurance.” The result shows that there are significant differences among population characteristics, such as gender, age, marriage condition, occupation, personal monthly income, education, seniority, in long-term care cognition as well as potential purchasing intention. Furthermore, the research demonstrates that long-term care cognition affects the purchasing intention of long-term care by canonical correlation analysis. Unmarried has higher cognition than divorce. The seniority about 6 to 10 years has higher with respect to commodity assurance than five years. The ones under 30-year-old pay more expectation to the professional service. No matters they get married or not, more expecting to the future. It further shows that the long-term care cognition does affect on potential long-term care assurance purchasing.
