The results showed that some respondents of basic information connected with variables, including life insurance agents’ working attitude and organizational climate between the demographic variables of gender, age, marital status, number of children, education, job levels, length of service, personal monthly income and other variables. They will make a difference between working attitude and perception of the organizational climate. According to the study results show that the variables of female employees, the higher position and insurance agents who worked for the longer period in life insurance industry are more significant than other factors on insurance agents’ performance and working attitude. Besides, there was a significant relationship from those who are life insurance agents’ director to those who with children in the life insurance industry. Furthermore, by using the canonical correlation analysis showed that life insurance agents’ working attitude and organizational climate do have a mutual influence.
