碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 風險管理與保險研究所 === 103 === Recently, the authorities not only have raised concerns about the regulation of insurance brokers and agents, but also resulted in dismissing and merging for some small companies. That is to say, changing the regulation leads to great impact to the insurance brokerage. For example, the authorities required the insurance brokerage firm to insure the security insurance, put into practice of signatory system, prohibited the strategic alliance between the insurance brokerage firms and so on. However, even though there are various new regulations, the signatory system has a great impact to insurance brokerage. Because the credential is hard to acquire and the amount of signatory person is shortage, the signatory system is not easy to carry out. This research investigates the respondents of insurance brokerage through the questionnaire survey. We focus on the cognition dimensions are developed, ‘’Qualification and Certification ’’ and ‘’Education training and management‘’. By doing this, we hope that it is helpful for insurance brokerage in the future.
