If the testing results agree with the buyer's requirements, the frequency will be then installed at the buyer site. Data collection of the frequency fan during its operation condition will show the energy-saving ability of the frequency fan. In traditional industries, frequency fans are widely used equipments in steel and chemistry factories. They contribute to the transportation of hot and clean air. Because the traditional fan uses dampers to adjust air capacity and pressure, its manufacture cost is cheap. However, the dampers are difficult to fine - tune the air capacity and pressure, therefore, this research will study the system arrangement and design, as well as the energy-saving issue, of the frequency fan.
