| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 輪機工程研究所 === 103 === Ultrasonic cleaning machines have gradually replaced the traditional dipping, brushing, blow washing, vibration cleaning, steam cleaning, and other cleaning methods. However, although using the organic solution as a detergent has a great effect, it could lead to related-disaster.This study uses watertight-door spring as a clean sample, and use ultrasonic cleaning machine to mix RO water with different proportions of acetone and organic solution as a detergent. We test the cleaning effect of these solution at 40℃. In this way, it could greatly reduce disasters,which organic solution would make.Also, it could make a better cleaning effect instead of using water only. In addition, related industries would use less amount of organic solution.Less amount of solution cannot only reduce the organic solution cleaner expense effectively,but also a damage to the environment from organic solution clearer.The study can provide related industries as future reference that teaches how to reduce the usage of solution.
