The national army since the Republic of 86 onwards, gradually implementing organizations streamline and government defense policy is based on long-term development needs of the country's "full recruiting" in the human streamlining work stresss increase, has gradually affect satisfaction. This study attempts to explore the work of the Navy helicopter pilots stress, workplace friendship and working to meet the association between the three, to survey the way, and total of 78 copies delivered, returned with 78 valid copies, the valid return rate is 100%. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Job-Stress part of the job satisfaction have significant negative effect on the relationship; (2) Job-Stress have significant negative effect on the relationship between part of the Workplace friendships; (3) Workplace friendships have part of the work to meet significant positive impact on the relationship.
