碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 航運管理研究所 === 103 === The purpose of this study explored is to the Feasibility of the privatization of airport. The study first establishes a structure of privatization of airport items through literature reviews and investing the each indicator’s importance by delivering first expert questionnaire. Secondly, Fuzzy Delphi Method was applied to filter these items to build up a hierarchy with four categories and 16 key factors of the privatization of airport. Next, delivering second expert questionnaire and analyze each weight of these factors through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally, Taoyuan International Airport, Taipei Songshan airport and Kaohsiung International Airport were selected for empirically analysis. The results show that factors “Attitude of the government and public authorities”, “Feasibility of policies and laws with amendments”, “Organizational system is more efficient” weigh the most. Furthermore, the "Taoyuan International Airport" is more suitable for the Airport Privatization. Evaluating feasibility of privatization, and selected the most suitable for privatization of airports. Utilizing ANOVA to evaluate feasibility of privatization if three airports were existing significant differences. we hope this evaluation will be applied to examine and conducting the Privatization of Airport in order to make an advancement in Privatization airport industry.
