Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄餐旅大學 === 餐旅教育研究所 === 103 === The main purpose of this study is to probe the influence of human resource development on hospitality post-graduates job involvement during internship. The subjects are students studying at National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism. 337 questionnaire were delivered, and 308 returned, a returne rate of 91%. Effective samples were 258, data were analyzed by T-Test, One-Way ANOVA , and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results indicated:
1.There were significant differences among post-graduates from different majors, working departments in their degree of human resource development.
2.There were significant difference among post-graduates from different working departments in their degree of job involvement.
3.There is a significant impact between human resource development on hospitality post-graduates job involvement during internship.
