Gambling industry has brought opportunities, and it requires professional manpower. The huge needs of macau casinos in Asia, but limited local human resources, it has gradually employ lots of foreign employees. The literatures indicate that learn the differences cultural characteristics of different countries is very important, such as facing the challenge of different cultures. Gambling industry has promote development of economic in Macao, also bring a lots of human needs, past researchs also show the casino creating a management challenges, there are different nationalities with a particular behavioral differences, management should consider cultural training, to summarize casino is a diversified environment. Accordingly, understand of casino employees job stress, adaptation and achievement is so important. For this, Macao casinos as study area, study of 106 samples, using SPSS test differences between nationalities and to validate studies relationship in PLS. The results indicated that the significant differences found in job stress, adjustment, achievement in Macau casinos and the adjustment is an intermediary role. Job stress from rotating shifts, the strictly rules; Adaptation by think of some happy thing; Job achievement in the performance of chance, proud to work, get unprecedented inspiration and experience, communicate with people of different nationalities, and expand horizons, to promote efficiency and recommend to join, compared with a significant difference. Human resources and change of speed, timely understanding of each culture, will help manage and respond to the turnover, improve performance and employees' job achievement.
