The international community began to promote sustainable development, environmental protection, low-carbon, green concepts. People started to pay attention to the sources and manufacturing process of food. Therefore, our government started to focus on the development of sustainable agriculture, recreational farm, and sustainable food to achieve the goal of sustainable development.According to the literature review, expert conferences and two rounds of Delphi Technique with 20 parts of expert questionnaire. The research extractea of 6 sub-index and 20 individual indicators " Sustainble Food Evaluation for Recreational Farm," Accordingly, the research investingated the sustainable food cognition, supportive attitude and willingness to implement from Recreational Farm employees. The relationship between these three aspects was further explored, which includes 360 questionnaires distributed, 355 valid questionnaires, and the effective rate was 98.6%.The results show a significant impact on demographic variables, sustainable food cognition, supportive attitude and willingness to implement for Recreational farm employees. Correlation analysis also shows a positive correlation, which indicates that the higher employee cognition is, the more support of positive attitude on sustainable food is, The more support of positive attitude on Recreational Farm employees is, the higher the wishes of exection is. Therefore, employees sustainable food cognition, supportive attitude can predict its intention.Through this study, it can provide recreational farm industry operators not only to face the actual implementation, but also to promote the activities of specific recommendations on sustainable food practices.
