碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 建築與永續規劃研究所碩士班 === 103 === According to 「Culture and Arts Reward Act」 Publicly-owned buildings shall be fitted with public artworks to beautify the them and their surroundings. The value of such artworks shall not be less than one percent of the cost of construction of the buildings ；Elementary School is the most important Publicly-owned buildings, therefore it needs post Public Artworks when it built. Actually, every blade of grass and every tree should have educational value and function in campus. In this concept, the campus is posted artworks should be different from the general public art, beside the culture and art, it should consider how to support the development of education function. On this premise, wonder know how the public artworks function in campus? Is it really can support the development of education function? What’s the User real evaluation and opinion？How to use the relevant experience and feedback to school and designers in the future who need? It all are important issue to be explored.
