The model creation program based on the process parameters can be used to create the file of solid and finite element model. The model can match with the solver of ANSYS engineering software and can get the structural characters of composite cone pipe. The results can be used to judge the design of the parameters requirement of composite pipe.
After the programming is completed, the results from ANSYS analysis by comparison with that of the experimental data, the error is very small. This program can be used to prove quickly and accurately build composite cone pipe model and the finite element model.
