Because of its special flowers and beautiful colors, this spiceses is widely used in horticultural applications as flower pots, cut flowers and the landscaping plants and also has breeding value in Taiwan. Traditionally it is propagated by cutting, but its reproductive rate is low. Therefore, the purpose of this study aims to use Renanthera spp. ‘Fulihong’ leaves, apical shoot tips, lateral buds and buds of flower stalk as explants and differentiate into whole plants to establish clonal propagation system for this spiceses. We tested the effects of different combinations of hormones, horizontal- and vertical -cutted seedlings and the addition of organic substance on the neoformation of shoots, roots and PLBs. This research found that the basal parts produced by vertically cutted seedlings cultured in MS medium with 1 g / L activated carbon, 0.5 mg / L NAA and 5 mg / L BA result in the best proliferation of buds, and the maximum can up to 2.5±0.05 shoots per basal part. However, the aerial part produced by horizontally cutted seedlings regenerate maximum number of roots (3±0.05 per aerial parts) in MS medium with the addition of organic substances and various combination of NAA and BA, compared to 0.75±0.05 in control treatment. The leaves and apical shoot tips were successfully induced to form PLBs after sterilization by 0.6% sodium hypochlorite and culture in 1/3 MS medium with 1 mg/L NAA, 10mg/L BA and 10 mg/L Adenine. These embryonic mass maintained at that morphological stage without further shooting in MS medium with 90 mg/L coconut water and 160 g / L banana. For the acclimatization experiment, the regenerated plantlets are separated into 3 groups (plants with 4 roots, 2 roots and without root) to investigate their survival rate in 4 different potting media of bark, sphagnum moss, charcoal and scrap of fern chips. The plantlets shoots that bark potting has the best survival rate and maximum number of neoformation roots among the 4 different potting media even for plants without root for plant with 4 or 2 roots the survival rate reach 100% in all 4 pooting media.
