碩士 === 南華大學 === 旅遊管理學系旅遊管理碩士班 === 103 === 　　Yunlin County Government held in 2013 December 25 到 March 6, 2014 Agricultural Fair, drew up a "grassroots Art Festival" action plan and issuance of folding maps. The study involved in the community based on the map to find out and not involved with the community and artistic features seventeen, in-depth interviews, found precious works of art community; residents complete unity and cooperation, dissemination of humane care of aesthetics is the school of learning. Both will be able to attract foreign people appreciate and promote local economic development 　　Community Arts Yunlin County, including Chinese paper cutting painting, nail painting aluminum mosaic, three-dimensional mosaic tiles collage, 3D three-dimensional murals, interactive mural, pulp art, straw art, comparable to painting the countryside picture, scavenger hunt sheep painted with the opening lion painting, national tour students to complete international art village painting, fashion cat and panda painting and other wares; most of the community as much as possible to maintain the narrative Prospect. Humanities contains sacrificing aesthetics complete to enjoy great honor me with diligence and the like. 　　In this study,on narrative inquirying and,text analysising,it can show the characteristics of Yunlin County Community aesthetics of the arts and humanities;Then, SWOT analysis the internal qualified strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the external environment of Yunlin County,and list TOWS Matrixes ,in the end prepare a strategy to resolve the upgrade: the development about the industry of community arts and culture, strategic alliances , the development about the outdoor lesson of the school from "the community-oriented Arts Education ", the establishment ofthe community art museum and eco- museum ,launching the "attractions shuttle bus" ,to use the story marketing and to apply the international brands of community arts, including seven strategies, and so on. 　　Grassroots Art has been globalized, Yunlin County Arts Festival organized by grassroots angle head out on to the world; has a wealth of grassroots arts and community arts resources, but did not with international standards is very unfortunate. Recommendations of this study hope Yunlin county government, academia and communities can adopt, to flourish in the world stage.
