| Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 旅遊管理學系旅遊管理碩士班 === 103 === The main purpose of this study was to understand 「crisis management of major infectious diseases in tourism-a case of H7N9」. To achieve this purpose, literature review were adopted to explore relative theories and studies of infectious diseases, tourism, and crisis management. Interview outline was designed and take the depth interview with travel agents, administrators and experts. To understand the crisis management when travel agent encounter infectious disease.Research method was depth interview with travel agents, administrators and experts. Recommendations were made as follows:The crisis management of travel agency,put emphasis on the educational training of tour guides,establish the financial risk control of travel agency,and strengthen the international tourism cooperation.
